Acceptable, But With Issues

street noise sleep disturbance

The staff was friendly and helpful during my brief stay.

The room faced the street and there was a significant amount of noise late into the night. This disturbance made it difficult to sleep properly. The noise problem needs addressing .

adequate, but with some issues

constant traffic challenging stairs

the room was clean upon arrival. the bathroom was also quite functional.

the noise from other guests was considerable at night. my room was near the access door, and there was constant traffic. i'm pretty sure someone even tried to enter who wasn't staying there!!! this. also, i found the stairs leading up to the room a real challenge to navigate.

solid city stay

easy parking friendly staff

the location was good, only a ten-minute walk to the city centre (perfect for exploring). i found the staff friendly and helpful. parking was easy outside the hotel on the street, or in the ncp carpark opposite. the room was also quite clean, which i always appreciate.

i did find the stairs a bit of a struggle after a night out. it might be difficult for some guests with mobility issues.
